Twelve Eau-de-vie de Malt Esprit n°10 is a pure malt brewed and distilled in Laguiole, on the Aubrac plateau. At the "presbytère des anges", it was matured for 18 months in 3 types of cask. Pedro Ximenez sherry and port barrels are used in the blend, along with small 110-liter new French oak barrels.
The reduction was carried out very slowly, the color is natural, and no cold filtration was carried out. 2200 bottles of this pure malt were bottled in 2019.
