Twelve Eau‐de‐vie de Malt Esprit n°10 is a pure malt brewed and distilled in Laguiole, on the Aubrac plateau. It was within the “presbytery of angels” that it benefited from a maturation of 18 months in 3 types of barrels. In fact, barrels of Pedro Ximenez sherry and port are included in the blend, as well as small new 110-liter French oak barrels.
The reduction was carried out very slowly, the color is natural, and no cold filtration was carried out. 2200 bottles of this pure malt were bottled in 2019.
