This Brazilian cachaça is made from pure sugarcane juice , distilled in a copper still before resting for six months in stainless steel tanks.
Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: the initial aroma opens with a lovely freshness of sugarcane and fresh grass, accompanied by delicate lemony herbs. Floral notes then enrich the whole, before giving way to light aromas of exotic fruits, reminiscent of papaya and banana.
On the palate: the attack is direct and offers a lovely roundness. The initial flavors, both tangy and sweet, are reminiscent of persimmon. They gradually evolve towards more indulgent notes of banana and pear, subtly enhanced by a touch of grey pepper which adds depth.
The finish: of medium length, the finish elegantly prolongs the fruity and sweet aromas.
