This Zubrowka vodka is produced in Poland from rye. It is renowned the world over for being flavored with bison grass.
After 7 distillations, a sprig of this herb is placed in each bottle. This "bison herb" is harvested in the Bialowiezaque forest, home to Europe's last remaining bison.
