Beauchamp

Beauchamp whisky is a creation of Les Bienheureux , a company founded in 2013 by Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech . The duo first made their mark in the world of whisky with the Bellevoye brand , before exploring the world of rum with El Pasador de Oro .

Beauchamp is produced at the Bercloux distillery , located on the border between the Charente and Charente-Maritime departments . Equipped with four stills , each with a distinct profile, the distillery produces distillates of exceptional aromatic richness. The barley used is exclusively local , sourced from the distillery's own fields or from partner producers.

Founded in 2002 by Philippe Laclie, the Brasserie de Bercloux diversified its activities in 2014 with the creation of the distillery, before being acquired by Les Bienheureux. The distillery relies on a modern distillation method, notably thanks to its Stupfler still , renowned for its precision and the finesse of its eaux-de-vie.

Beauchamp pure malt whisky, made from local barley, impresses with its warm color and golden highlights reminiscent of the last rays of a setting sun.

Beauchamp is a pure malt whisky aged for over three years in French oak casks, then finished for several months in ex-Pineau des Charentes barrels, giving it roundness, elegance, and aromatic complexity. Read less
