Deadhead is a Mexican rum brand owned by Iconic Brand, a company run by Kim Brandi.

Given the success of this rum, a new distillery named Destilados Bonampak was opened in 2015 in Tapachula, a Mexican town with a tropical climate in the state of Chiapas, not far from the border with Guatemala.
The distillery is run by Eduardo Pineda García Lourdes and his father.

Deadhead is made from the pure juice of the cane grown around the distillery, and sugar-rich molasses. Read less
