Don Modesto

Modesto Spirits Inc. and Tequila Don Modesto are companies founded by the Toron family, one of whose members, Modesto Того Anaya, has worked particularly hard for the success of the family tequila.

Since the early ^19th century, the Того family has raised cattle and grown several species of agave, including the blue agave used to make tequila.

The tequila we produce is noworganically grown.

From 2007, the distillation process was made available to a partner based in Amatitan, in the Mexican state of Jalisco. This partner owns and operates a tequila distillery where Don Modesto is now produced. Read less
