Ki No Bi means "The beauty of the seasons". This brand comes from a Kyoto micro-distillery (The Kyoto Distillery) using regional ingredients.

Ki No Bi was created in 2015 by two men. They are David Croll and Marcin Miller, the creators of Number One Drinks (2006).

They were inspired by the city of Kyoto to produce their gins with their unique compositions.

Ki No Bi is located near the Fushimi region, which has been famous for its Japanese sake production for centuries. The region is also home to a number of inspiring craft factories.

Ki No Bi has since been exported to Europe. Here you can discover Kyoto Dry Gin, Ki No Tou Kyoto Old Tom Gin, Ki No Tea (Gyokuro & Tencha), Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin and aged ranges such as Ki Noh Bi (formerly casks from Karuizawa, Caroni...). Read less
