Oaks & Souls
Established in Mauritius for four generations, the Oxenham family first distinguished themselves in the distribution of wines and spirits before founding their distillery in 2010, following the authorization to distill pure cane juice on the island.
At the heart of the Oxenham Craft Distillery , the Oaks & Souls range is crafted from 100% pure Mauritian sugarcane juice (yellow and red canes), distilled in small batches using traditional pot stills . The rums are aged entirely on-site in six different types of casks, including ex-Bourbon, Cognac, and Sherry casks, under the island's warm and humid climate, which naturally intensifies the aromas.
The Soul Series collection embodies the house's excellence, with rums aged for extended periods and meticulously refined, offering depth, aromatic richness, and elegance. Through these vintages, Oaks & Âmes reveals all the uniqueness and nobility of the Mauritian terroir. Read less
