Penderyn
Penderyn is the only distillery in Wales. It was founded in 2000.
It has Faraday stills (named after David Faraday, its creator).
This copper pot still is combined with a distillation column.
The distillery is also known for the Madeira wine casks in which it ages its whisky.
Right from the start, the distillery called on master distiller Jim Swan.
