Preparers at our Le Mans warehouse rigorously apply all the recommendations issued by the health authorities: wearing a mask, keeping a safe distance between people, regular cleaning of hands and work surfaces, and so on.
As usual, we prepare and dispatch orders the same day for orders placed before 1:00 pm on a working day (i.e. not Saturday, Sunday or public holidays), or, in all other cases, on the first working day following the date of your order.
Please note, however, that due to the difficulty carriers have in coping with this unanticipated peak in activity, delivery delays may occur a little more frequently.
Home (or business) delivery is maintained with all our usual carriers, for France and abroad.
Relay point delivery is still active on our site. All networks are operational: Mondial Relay, Chrono Relais, Colissimo Mon Bureau de Poste and Colissimo Mon Commerçant.
When you place your order, you will be able to choose a relay point according to your geographical area. The list of active pick-up points is updated in real time:if you can select a pick-up point from the list presented when you place your order, this means that the pick-up point is open and available for pick-up.
