Absolut Elyx is a Swedish vodka, made according to the old methods dating back to the brand's beginnings. The wheat is hand-harvested on a single farm in the south of the country, making this a "single estate" vodka. Krister Asplund, the master distiller, uses an old copper column from the 1920s. The water used for fermentation and reduction is drawn from a depth of 145 meters. All these elements make Absolut Elyx a very pure, top-of-the-range vodka.
