Ralph Meyer and the Ampov distillery team have created a 45° version of their wood-aged rum.
This edition also comes from the second batch of the 2022 harvest. The only parameter that has changed is the reduction. You'll see that these few extra degrees can influence the aromatic palette.
This rum is best enjoyed on its own, or as a central ingredient in a rum cocktail.
