Angostura 7 ans is a rum made by blending several vintages aged between 7 and 10 years. It is aged in barrels first used for bourbon.
It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails (old fashioned, for example).
Tasting notes
Angostura Butterfly 7 ans is intensely amber in color, the fruit of long years of maturation.
Its nose, marked by notes of caramel and flambéed banana, exudes remarkable power and generosity.
The suave character of the attack on the palate gives way to a beautiful balance and roundness that will seduce connoisseurs. Caramel is confirmed, and we also taste exotic fruits and sweet banana notes.
The finish is rather spicy.
