The traditional Italian drink Aperol is presented here in 70 cl.
This bitter is the base of the Apérol Spritz cocktail, the recipe for which is as follows:
- fill a balloon glass with a few ice cubes,
- pour in 3 volumes of Prosecco D.O.C. (9 cl),
- then pour in 2 volumes of Aperol (6 cl),
- top up with a dash of sparkling water (3 cl),
- decorate the glass with a slice of orange.
