Gianni Capovilla has been at the head of his eponymous company since 1986. This genius distiller produces brandies from rare or endangered fruit varieties.
This is a brandy distilled for the Italian trading house Velier from pesche selvatiche also known as pesche di vigna pasta rossa (vine peach).
In order to push the craft to its limits, the Capovilla bottles are laced, waxed and then sealed by hand. The handwritten label serves as the fruit's identity card. Its variety, its year of harvest and the quantity produced are specified.
