The nose opens with a very interesting profile, fruity and softly vegetal. Mango and coriander combine perfectly, like in a fresh fruit salad. The rum stays right in the center, and that's what makes this arrangé such a success. It's just dressed up with fruit and herbs, giving it a pleasant ripeness.
The palate is nuanced and complex. Rum, mango and coriander strike a fine balance. The cane is sweet, but still adorned with pepper and lemon, the mango spreads its soft flesh and the coriander adds a touch of seasoning.
