Aqua Aromatica is a recipe for arranged rum, or rather rum punch, from Arhumatic.
It is made with Damoiseau agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. The recipe includes lemon verbena, lemon balm, coriander, thyme, rosemary, fennel and saffron. These herbs are macerated with rum and a dash of cane sugar syrup, straight from the bottle.
