Auténtico Nativo XO is a rum created by master distiller Eduardo Perez. The latter works at the Las Cabras distillery located in Panama.
This vintage is made from molasses and produced in continuous distillation columns.
The rum ages in oak barrels for 12 to 20 years. This is a combination of ex-bourbon and brandy barrels.
Before bottling, it benefits from double filtration, one of which is cold.
