Bacardi Limon is white bacardi infused with yellow lemon, lime and grapefruit.
You can drink it chilled (don't hesitate to put it in the freezer), adding a little lemon (and why not accompanied by a lemon sorbet), or in a cocktail (with sparkling wine, cranberry juice and/or pineapple juice).
Nico's tasting notes
The nose is totally in tune with the menu, with lemons going every which way! Layered on a very light rum, it gives off dense aromas of extremely ripe lemons. The zest slightly hooks the nose with its slight bitterness, but it's above all the sweet pulp that ripens and melts under the nostrils.
The palate is soft and light, the rum evaporating fairly quickly on the taste buds and leaving a little fresh lime juice. The zest grips the palate as it did the nose, and the sensation is not too round. It's on the finish that we find a little sweet film on the edge of the lips.
