Bally Millésime 1993 is an aged agricultural rum from Martinique , made from pure sugarcane juice .
Aged for many years in oak barrels , it embodies the historical know-how of the J. Bally distillery which closed in 1989, and whose stills were taken over by the Simon distillery.
A true collector's item, this vintage was produced three years before the establishment of the Martinique AOC.
