Belizean Blue Rare Blend is a rum distilled, aged and blended in Belize by Travelers Liquors Ltd.
All stages are carried out by the distillery and the canes used to produce the molasses come from local and fair trade agriculture.
This blend consists of rums that have aged up to 17 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. The average age is 9 years.
This vintage can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It also makes an excellent ingredient in cocktails, adding tropical notes.
