The Twelve is a single malt scotch whiskey from Speyside. The Benriach distillery is the originator of this unpeated expression.
Three types of barrels are necessary for the long aging of this whiskey: sherry, bourbon and port barrels. Each whiskey ages for a minimum of 12 years in the cellar under the watchful eye of Rachel Barrie, the master blender.
A careful assembly is then carried out before bottling.
