Nico's tasting notes
The nose is rather fresh, one might expect a heady, sweet apple/cinnamon blend, but not at all. Instead, we've chosen to emphasize the freshness of these two ingredients, which come together naturally.
The palate is very soft and pleasant. The slightly tart apple has a granny smith quality, rounded out with cane sugar and cinnamon. The duo of flavors works really well and is reminiscent of baked apples enjoyed by the fireside.
The finish retains that well-balanced cinnamon fruitiness, with a very sweet sensation.
