Bologne Blanc is an agricultural rum produced in Guadeloupe by a distillery that has been in operation since 1887. It is distilled in a copper Creole column in Basse-Terre and reduced with spring water.
It's an alchemy that takes place between the volcanic soil, the iodized air, the mountain spring water, the exposure of the estate, and the chosen variety of cane.
Also available in 1-litre bottles and 1.75-litre bags.
