Bologne La Batterie Millésime 2020 is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. It is distilled from a single variety of cane harvested from a single plot.
This is the black cane variety, planted on the La Batterie plot. Although this variety has low yields, its aromatic potential is exceptional.
This pure cane juice rum, made in a copper Creole column, is bottled at an optimum proof of 58.6%.
