Clementines combined with family know-how passed down from generation to generation, and a copper still. This is the recipe for this Corsican clementine brandy produced by the Brana house.
The fruits come from small plantations located in Corsica and are grown using organic farming methods. In order to ensure their optimum quality, the clementines are transported by refrigerated truck to the distillery located in Ossès, in the heart of the Basque Country. Distillation takes place after a maceration stage in an alcohol specifically chosen for the operation.
