Jérémie's tasting notes

On the nose : We find a lightly toasted oak infused with cane, citrus notes, a certain floral freshness.

On the palate : The attack is fluid, dry, releasing the cane and the peppery side of the bagasse, all enveloped by an oak that becomes more present in the length and straighter in profile over time, it is accompanied by lime juice and orange peel.

The finish : On a mineral side, with the persistence of citrus, the woodiness is in the background but present.
