This Breiz'île Collection Mangue Orange arranged rum is made from oranges and mangoes picked when ripe.
The rhum banc used in the preparation is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. It combines the freshness of pure cane juice with the tangy sweetness of fruit.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose opens with fresh, ripe, sweet fruit. The mango juice plays up its velvety air, while the orange peel bustles with dynamism. Power and roundness are perfectly balanced, and there's nothing to stop us from dipping our lips in it.
The palate is very smooth, and the fruit keeps proclaiming its freshness. Tart orange encourages mango juice, and vice versa, until a little lemony rhum agricole makes its presence felt.
