Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: Notes of caramel, vanilla and roasted wood rise from the glass.
Upon closer inspection, notes of fresh almond, prune, and citrus peel are revealed.
On the palate: The initial taste is woody, releasing sweet spices and honey. This is followed by cooked sugarcane, which reveals both its sweet and caramelized character, along with herbaceous notes. Vanilla then unfolds more deeply, accompanied by sweet spices (clove, cinnamon).
Finish: Quite long, with woody and roasted notes, almost cocoa, accompanied by sweet spices.
