Bulleit bourbon is inspired by the traditional whiskey produced over 150 years ago by Augustus Bulleit.
Rye, corn and malted barley make up its mash bill. Here, the proportion of rye is higher than in most other bourbons.
Specific yeast strains and pure water filtered through Kentucky limestone also play a part in its production.
