Campari is presented here in 70 cl. It's a red bitter aperitif made from orange peel.
This bitter is a key ingredient in cocktails such as the americano or the negroni. It can also replace Aperol in a Spritz.
Here is Campari's recipe for Negroni:
- fill a Rock Tumbler with ice cubes,
- pour in 1 part Campari (3 cl),
- then pour in 1 volume of gin (3 cl),
- top up with 1 part red Vermouth (3 cl)
- Decorate the glass with half an orange slice!
