Chamarel XO is an 8-year-old agricultural rum from Mauritius. For this edition, it has been double-matured with a special finish.
After 6 years' maturation in oak, a further 2 years' maturation is carried out in old peated whisky casks. These barrels have a capacity of 200 liters.
