Clément La Confrérie du Rhum 5 ans Batch 2 59.9°° (59.9° proof)

Benoit Bail and Jerry Gitani, founders of the Facebook group La confrérie du Rhum, visited Habitation Clément once again.
Together with Julien Thimon, the new cellar master, they selected a rum that will give birth to the second Clément x Confrérie du Rhum bottling.

This 5-year-old rum is stamped with the AOC Martinique label. It is bottled at 59.9% brut de fût.

1,000 numbered bottles were produced, following the blending of several new barrels that had undergone extreme "char 5" toasting.
