Clément Creole Shrubb is a traditional West Indian liqueur made by macerating orange peels in rum.
It is usually prepared for the end of year celebrations, during the orange season.
Here, the Clément house produces a blend of old and white rums in which spices and orange peels have been macerated. The recipe is carefully preserved and passed down within the Habitation Clément.
