Coloma Coffee Smoked is a creation of Hacienda Coloma in Colombia.
This rum is aged for 8 years in American oak barrels.
Before bottling, it benefits from 2 finishes:
- an initial 2-month finish in barrels that have previously contained a Hacienda coffee liqueur
- a second 4-week finish in barrels previously exposed to smoke from the coffee roasting process.
