Coloma Rozelieures Cask Finish is the result of a collaboration between two great houses. These are Hacienda Coloma, which produces rum from molasses, and the Rozelieures distillery, renowned for its single malt whiskies.
This collaboration is based on a rum aged for 8 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. This rum has benefited from the signature of Hacienda Coloma with a refinement in coffee liqueur barrels.
It is only after this first aging typical of this distillery that this vintage gains in specificity. A finish of an additional month in barrels that contained the single malt whisky Rozelieures Collection Tourbé is carried out.
With this expression, the DNA of Coloma rums meets subtle notes of peat.
