Colours of rum Guyana 24 ans is the 6th selection of Guyana rums from the Wealth Solutions trading house.
The rum comes from the Uitvlugt distillery, closed in 2000. It comes from the famous Port mourant still, a double wooden pot still.
Distilled in 1997, this cuvée has aged for a total of 24 years.
Behind the age count are 2 years of tropical ageing in ex-bourbon casks, followed by 21 years in ex-cognac casks in Europe.
Barrel #5 produced 262 bottles.
