This Compagnie des Indes Ecuador 8 ans rum comes from the Manabi distillery in Ecuador. This selection was made by Florent Beuchet for his bottling brand La Compagnie des Indes.
Distilled in March 2015 from molasses in a stainless steel column, this rum benefited from tropical and continental aging to reach an age count of 8 years. The single cask bearing the number EM20 delivered a total of 314 numbered bottles. Bottling was carried out without cold filtration in March 2023.
