Longueteau Constellation Vieux 2026 is made from Constellation white rum vintage 2022 .
This agricultural rum is made from a blend of pure cane juice from two plots of the Domaine du Marquisat de Sainte-Marie, in Guadeloupe: plot no. 1 , planted with red cane of variety R579 and subject to a maritime climate , and plot no. 7 , planted with blue cane of variety B69-566 and characterized by a humid environment .
After distillation in a Creole column still , this white rum was aged for four years in a tropical climate, in French and American oak barrels (70%-30%). This cuvée exemplifies the Longueteau house's meticulous approach to vineyard plots, which highlights both the sugarcane variety and the specific growing conditions of each plot.
