Laurent's tasting notes
Its color is a limpid gold.
On the nose, we're on the shy side of Jamaica, with aromas of banana, as well as vanilla that takes up more and more space. Floral notes also make themselves felt, while a very discreet touch of bitter almond remains in the background. After aeration, citrus fruits appear.
On the palate, caramel dominates, but without sugar. The vanilla does not disappear, however, and is accompanied by tobacco. The rum is also slightly salty.
The finish is moderately long and increasingly dry, on the combination of caramel and vanilla. After a few seconds, dark chocolate makes a noticeable appearance.
