This single cask has been selected by the C'Rhum boutique, formerly Corman Collins, located in Battice, Belgium. The rum comes from the Bristol Spirits winery in the UK, managed by John Barrett.
This is a "dark demerara rum" distilled at Diamond in 1996. This company owns the largest collection of historic stills belonging to now-defunct plantations such as Enmore, Port Mourant and Versailles.
This slightly reduced single cask was bottled in 2022.
