Damoiseau Blanc 40° is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. The famous Damoiseau house, located on Grande Terre, is as always represented by its famous porters called Faber and Bessarion.
This pure-juice rum, with its light alcohol content, was designed for cocktails. The distillery gives us the recipe for its Caipirissima:
- 1/2 lime, cut into pieces
- Cane sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- 5 cl Damoiseau Rum
