Deadhead Rum 10 ans is a limited edition produced in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas, on the border with Guatemala. In the country, the skull is a symbol of the Day of the Dead, representing happiness in the afterlife, the passage of life to a better world.
This cuvée is a blend of pure cane juice rum and molasses rum. The pure cane juice is distilled in a copper pot still, while the molasses rum is distilled in a column still. To celebrate the brand's 10th anniversary, this rum has been aged for 10 years in American and Chiapas oak barrels.
