Depaz Private Cask 2010 is produced by the Depaz distillery. This distillery, close to Mont Pelée, benefits from a unique terroir and history.
This AOC Martinique agricultural rum was distilled in 2010 in a copper Creole column. It was casked on November 15th of the same year in cask N° 102.
After 11 years of ageing, the cellar master decided to bottle this selection reserved for the French market.
This cuvée produced 428 numbered bottles. Bottling was carried out without reduction.
