Dillon Vieux VO is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum. For several years now, it has been produced by the Depaz distillery in the north of the island. However, Dillon rum is made to specific specifications and is matured and bottled in cellars located in the heart of Fort-de-France.
Dillon VO is distilled in a Creole column. It is then aged for a minimum of 3 years in small oak barrels using traditional methods.
It's the ideal rum for cocktails, to make a "Ti-Vieux" (a variant of Ti-punch with aged rum) for example.
