This JL Pasquet Lot 98 cognac comes from the prestigious terroir of Petite Champagne d'Archaic.
It was distilled in a 20-hectolitre wood-fired Charentais still, after a slow fermentation of five days in a concrete vat (Ugni blanc). It was then aged in second-fill Limousin oak barrels from 1998 to 2024.
Unfiltered, it was bottled at cask strength.
