Don Zepp XO Grande Réserve is made from rum distilled in a column in Panama. It is aged for 15 years in bourbon barrels using the solera method.
It was then matured for 6 months in sherry casks. The finishing touches were added by artisan distiller Nicolas Schott in the Quintessence distillery cellars.
