Dos Maderas Thailand is made from Thai molasses. This rum benefits from a long tropical maturation of twelve years in Thailand in ex-bourbon barrels.
It then continues its journey to Spain for a second maturation phase of approximately six months, at the Williams & Humbert bodega in Jerez de la Frontera.
This finishing process takes place in very old Oloroso Sherry casks, nearly eighty years old.
