Williams pear eau-de-vie is a classic from Alsace distillery Hepp. Raspberry eau-de-vie is very popular in France.
For production, the Hepp distillery can rely on 40 years of family tradition. Indeed, it all starts with a rigorous selection of fruit: rather fragile, the pear is picked juicy to perfection before being transported directly to the distillery.
