Eau Verte de Marseille is a liqueur made by maceration with rhubarb root, lemon zest, peppermint and a bouquet of spices.
When it was created in 1830, this sweet drink was reputed to be a treatment for the cholera pandemic that hit Marseille. Its aromatic charge is such as to provide an expectorant sensation.
Through this old recipe, Guillaume Ferroni allows us to rediscover the heritage of spirits "made in France".
